Underground Team Racing (UTR), a team we proudly sponsor, is making waves both on and off the racetrack this year. As they spread the 811 message at racetracks nationwide, their performance has been nothing short of spectacular. Known affectionately as the "811 Crew", they've been racking up victories, personal bests, and a growing fan base that now numbers in the thousands.
One of our racers, Andrew Berkley, even made the leap to the pro level this year, competing with Moto America and receiving live TV coverage worldwide. As one of the top racers, he's been doing an exceptional job promoting UTR, Missouri 811, and Kansas 811. His TV interviews always include a shout-out to the "Call Or Click Before You Dig" initiative.
In a bid to reach a wider audience, UTR partnered with Bagger Racing League for races in Nebraska and Michigan. A standout moment was when UTR co-owner and Missouri 811 Damage Prevention Manager, Arch E York #913, clinched the championship. The event, which was live-streamed on YouTube, garnering 25,000 views in just 12 hours. This was a fantastic opportunity to spread the damage prevention message to spectators and online viewers, with strong endorsements for Kansas 811, Missouri 811, and Nebraska 811.
Off the track, the team's commitment to spreading the 811 and Safety message is unwavering. So far in 2024, UTR has participated in over 17 events, including the Kansas Safety Summit, bi-weekly gatherings at the Fuel House in Desoto, KS, Blip Weekend meetups in Kansas City, MO, numerous bike nights and car shows, and safety day events across Missouri and Kansas. With an estimated attendance of over 35,000 people, we're confident this number will continue to rise.
The achievements of UTR are truly impressive. But what's even more commendable are the team members themselves. Each racer has shown a deep understanding of the 811 process and can explain it effortlessly to both fans and their racing peers.

- Sept 6th – 8th, Pittsburgh Raceway, Pennsylvania
- Sept 11th – 15th, COTA, Austin, Texas. Moto America pro race
- Sept 26th – 28th, Hastings Nebraska
- October 9th – 13th, Barber, Birmingham, Alabama (74,000 spectators)
- Nov, dates TBD, Bagger Racing League, California – tentative
Our off-track events:
Thursday Bike Nights every Thursday through October in Missouri and Kansas. These will be held, primarily, at motorcycle dealerships and motorcycle gear shops.
Fuel House in Desoto, KS every other weekend for Cars, Bikes, And Coffee.
Blip Coffee House every other Sunday Morning
