With a total of 1,104,807 tickets, it was a year of unprecedented growth and activity. Moreover, Missouri 811 saw six of its busiest months in history, with August leading the way with an astonishing 114,576 tickets - a 13.2% increase over the same month in 2021. It's clear that the importance of safe digging practices continues to be a top priority for individuals and companies alike. One of the most exciting developments of 2022 was the significant growth in our online ticketing system (ITIC) usage, with a final usage rate of 77.2% - up 4.2% from 2021 and 7% from 2020. As we move into the future, we hope to see this trend continue, as more and more people recognize the importance of using this valuable tool. While the homeowner ticket volume was down slightly, it's worth noting that this decrease was not unexpected, given the surge in activity seen in 2020 and early 2021. Despite this, Missouri 811 still saw an average of 8.5% of homeowners utilizing their services, highlighting the continued importance of safe digging practices for everyone. Overall, 2022 was a year to be proud of for Missouri 811, and we're excited to see what the future holds.
